Serving Suggestions for Chicken Italienne & Spicy Tuna Melt

Chicken Italienne

  • Serve in a panini or tasca bread , place chicken ,fresh basil leaves ad mozzarella cheese in the bread. Place in a contact grill and warm through.
  • Serve on a Pizza
  • Serve as a pasta- add fresh basil leaves, oregano and toss with some freshly cooked penne pasta. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven.
  • Chicken Salad- Mix with fresh basil, Sliced avocado and sliced red onion. Serve on some crisp salad leaves.

 

Spicy Tuna Melt

  • Mix with some freshly cooked fusilli or farfalle pasta and serve as a pasta salad
  • Tuna Pasta Bake- Mix with freshly cooked pasta, top with cheese and bake.
  • Place Tuna in a panini or tasca bread with some thinly sliced red onions and warm through.
  • Simply serve in a freshly cooked Jacket Potato.
