Placing an Order
Please speak to our telesales team who will schedule to call you at a convenient time. Orders are taken between 9.00am and 3.00pm the working day prior to delivery. Our minimum order value for delivery is £75.00 exc VAT.
Out of Hours
An answer phone service is available for out of office hours. Messages may be left, however no guarantees will be given that any orders will be processed for delivery the following day.
Although we strive hard to make sure there are no problems with your order we appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If there are any issues with your order i.e. missing or damaged products, please inform your driver at time of delivery.
We are able to offer a depot collection service to existing customers only. If you wish to arrange a collection, please contact our sales team a minimum of 1 hour before your arrival. Collections are available between 6.30am and 1.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Wherever possible we do not change product sourcing or specification, however we will replace, remove, amend and introduce products to our range from time to time. Our product offering is not exhaustive and we are always looking introduce new products, we would welcome any suggestions you may have.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver all goods ordered; if a particular product is out of stock we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative or inform you when we will be able to deliver the goods you ordered.
We work very closely with our suppliers to maintain stable prices. However, from time to time, market forces beyond our control may enforce price changes.
Goods are supplied on a cash on delivery basic except where credit terms have been pre-approved.
Ownership of Goods
Premier Quality Foods Ltd shall retain ownership of the goods delivered until full payment has been received.
